1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing zntlv.com (the "Website") or using any services provided by ZNT Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

ZNT Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:

• Exterior washing and detailing
• Interior cleaning and detailing
• Paint correction and protection
• Ceramic coating application
• Window tinting services
• Headlight restoration
• Engine bay cleaning
• Any other automotive detailing services offered

3. SERVICE BOOKING AND SCHEDULING

3.1 Booking Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to book services
• You must be the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle
• You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information
• You must ensure safe and adequate access to the vehicle
• You must disclose any known vehicle issues or hazards

3.2 Service Location Requirements

• Adequate space for service performance (minimum 10 feet clearance around vehicle)
• Access to water and electricity (if required for specific services)
• Safe working conditions free from hazards
• Legal authorization to perform services at the location

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions
• Travel fees may apply based on service location
• All prices are in U.S. dollars

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments
• A deposit may be required for certain services
• Returned payments incur a $50 processing fee
• We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on vehicles for unpaid services

4.3 Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued except in cases of service non-performance due to our fault. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for refunds if services were performed as described.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the quoted service price
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors
• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

6. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

6.2 Vehicle Condition Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
• Aged or damaged trim, moldings, or decals may be affected during cleaning
• We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants
• Results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and previous maintenance
• Paint correction cannot fix all imperfections or damage
• We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues

6.3 Service Warranties

Any warranties on specific services (such as ceramic coatings) are limited to the express written warranty provided. No implied warranties are given beyond those required by law.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle
• Disclose any known issues, modifications, or hazards
• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle has at least 1/4 tank of fuel
• Provide all necessary keys, codes, or access
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage on the vehicle
• Inspect services immediately upon completion and report any concerns

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that auto detailing services involve inherent risks and you assume all risks associated with our services, including but not limited to:

• Chemical reactions with existing coatings or treatments
• Water damage to compromised seals or electronics
• Revealing of pre-existing damage hidden by dirt or grime
• Reactions of materials to cleaning products

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZNT Detailing, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misrepresentation of ownership or authorization
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed
• Personal property left in the vehicle
• Claims by third parties related to the vehicle
• Injuries or damages at the service location

10. INSURANCE AND CLAIMS

• We maintain general liability insurance for our operations
• Any damage claims must be reported immediately upon discovery
• Claims must be documented with photos and written description
• We reserve the right to inspect and document any claimed damage
• False or fraudulent claims may result in legal action

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on our Website is owned by or licensed to ZNT Detailing
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Photos of your vehicle may be used for our marketing unless you opt out in writing
• Reviews and testimonials may be used for promotional purposes

12. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

12.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, not through court proceedings. The arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

12.3 Exceptions

You may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures.

15. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

16. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Service confirmations and reminders
• Marketing messages and promotions
• Customer satisfaction surveys
• Important service updates

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZNT Detailing.
